Tilal Khuzam Partnership with NHC and Citic Construction

Tilal Khuzam is the product of a strategic collaboration between RAFAL, China’s Citic Construction and the National Housing Company (NHC). The partnership, formalised at Cityscape Global in Riyadh, delivers 57 buildings and 3,583 residential units in North Riyadh with an estimated gross development value of SAR 3 billion.
