Founded in 2007, RAFAL is an integrated real estate developer with a mandate to introduce innovative products to the Saudi market. From the completion of Blncyah in 2009 to landmark mixed-use towers such as Burj Rafal and Rafal Residence, RAFAL has shaped Riyadh’s skyline while enhancing the lifestyle of more than 6,500 families. Over the years the company has successfully divested major assets — including Marvela, Burj Rafal and Sky Gardens — to leading REITs, and launched HIVE, the first co-living brand in the Kingdom. Today, through a joint venture with CITIC Group, the Tilal Khuzam community with the National Housing Company, and Saudi Arabia’s first tokenized real estate transaction, RAFAL continues to redefine integrated living.
